Our Philosophy on Investment

Healing vaginismus requires genuine commitment — from Dr. Maryam Hassan, and from you. The moment you enroll, significant time, expertise, and preparation are dedicated to your journey. For this reason, all fees paid to Beyond Vaginismus are non-refundable.

Please make sure you are genuinely ready to invest in yourself — emotionally, practically, and financially — before enrolling. The free readiness call is designed to help you confirm this before committing to the full program.

The Vaginismus Freedom Program

The full program fee is non-refundable once payment has been made, regardless of when in the program you decide to discontinue.

This policy exists because:

Program slots are limited and held exclusively for you
Dr. Maryam's time, preparation, and protocols are committed from the point of enrollment
Healing is a process — temporary discomfort or slow progress is not a valid basis for a refund

If you are uncertain whether you are ready to commit, we strongly encourage you to use your free readiness call to ask every question you have before enrolling.

What We Offer Instead of Refunds

Our Commitment to You

Dr. Maryam Hassan is fully committed to your progress. While we cannot guarantee identical outcomes for every client — as healing depends on individual factors and your own consistency — here is what we do guarantee:

Dr. Maryam will show up fully for every session and provide her complete clinical expertise throughout
Your protocol will be adjusted in real time based on your progress
If you have followed the program consistently and have not reached Dilator 5 by the end of 4 months, Dr. Maryam will continue working with you for an additional one month at no extra charge

This extension applies where the client has attended all sessions, submitted daily progress reports, and followed the protocol as directed.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of a genuine medical emergency or serious documented illness that prevents you from continuing the program, please contact us at info@beyondvaginismus.com and we will discuss your situation with compassion and on a case-by-case basis.

This does not constitute a guarantee of a refund but reflects our commitment to treating every client with dignity and care.

Payment Plans

If you are on a payment plan arrangement for the full program, all scheduled payments remain due regardless of whether you choose to discontinue the program. Discontinuation of participation does not cancel outstanding payment obligations.
